What do I need to know?

Would you have your parents take a second lien against their current home to do the deal or your grandparents?

No one is going to insure you with knob and tube so you need to focus on selling or doing the rewiring.

Here’s my rant.. talking big words is quite stupid for them to do.

Is it advisable to do it with no money out of pocket?

Curious how they will differ that site and what changes they will have from the old LFI site.
