I heard that that's guaranteed rent money and i heard that they can't ruin/destroy your property because if they do, they will lose section 8 forever, so most/some people will not want to risk losing their Sec8.

Agreed there will never be another 2008 ( without a war knock on wood ) .... how ever lol ...life happens... divorce, death, loss of income, Tragic health issues the list goes on and on to why we find ourselves NEEDING to sell, it will be these NORMAL life changes that will cause many who are upside down to be ruined.

That is a job worth whatever they charge. 3 ruined pieces of gutter, siliconed together (not straight) and a sliced thumb requiring stitches, and I was done.Concrete flatwork is another art.But I can paint, install flooring, do finish carpentry, install kitchens and baths, electrical work, plumbing if it's sharkbite or pex, and lay tile at least as well as any contractor.
