This is basically a possible framework for my semi retirement.  5 year plan Assumptions-My own company is building everything (except electric) and cost savings can be opportunistic on overstocks, returns etc, but my cost assumptions don’t include any savings here.

You can do it all in about 2 hours.I did this in the beginning of my property management company and it worked great until we got to around a dozen cabins.

I've read that talking to a property management company that is knowledgable in your market is one of the best ways, but I'm looking for a way to get a good idea of market rents on my own when analyzing rental property deals.
