There is no questions that the top talent on this site have incredible experience and knowledge I know I learn a lot of things I never knew before reading some of the posts.

I have outsourced my website to a guy in Thunder Bay, Canada and his pricing and quality are incredible. 

Eventually with the types of deals that we were producing caught the eye of people that knew investors and they started to refer them to us.

I have 8 units right now and I'm waiting to see if those percentages are accurate over a 2-year period.The scary thing is that as you adjust those percentages up and down, you can make your numbers look incredible or dismal.
