I would bet your property is zoned RSA-5If you are RSA-5, you have a rear yard set back of the greater of 9' or 10% of the yard, not to mention an overall open space requirement of 20 - 30% depending on the location (corner or mid block).

And it is not the material, labor, mark up cost but rather how much will it cost for flooring, painting, etc. to get put into place.For those buying materials for their contractors, I bet they have years of experience under their belts before doing business this way.Example: how much ceramic tile do you buy for a 10'x11.5' room?

Out of the hundred plus sites, I would say that the vast majority of the underwriting is pretty poor.
