I've taken small steps to diversify what I do, including creating a social media presence to begin sharing some of my videography and drone skills.Currently, I fixed up a single family home which is on the market and I have a duplex that's been a great investment. 

Any referrals in the Socal area around the city of Diamond Bar would also be greatly appreciated.Hopefully this is the last step needed before we rent out our property!

I've been reading posts for a couple months now as well as listening to different podcasts, and I wanted to join in now that I have started my market methods and committed to the endeavor!

I do plan on waiting about a year, and in this time I will take every step necessary to improve on my mid 500 score.

Getting a primary residence is always the first step I suggest to new investors :)

The N Q 7 train is packed as it is, sometimes waiting 2 trains before even getting a chance to step into the sardine can.

We bought foreclosures on the courthouse steps for 2 years with a private lender. 

I'm not so familiar what the steps are to do that, or the detailed mechanics.
