We recently signed up for smrtphone.Currently we're calling our market and we get calls back, but the issue we're having is smrtphone isn't giving them any information as to who the lead is or which campaign it's from. smrtphone has instructed us we have to search through the different campaigns to see who the person is.

I start marketing as soon as the current renter gives notice.

It just hard to find ARVs since comps are all over in this market and we don’t have too much experience in that area of Jersey.

I see this a lot in the current market, and saw it a fair amount in the down market.
