One of my STRs caters to gun people so there are firearms all over the place and I stock it with gun cleaning supplies and NRA magazines....

Get UTD taxes from county web site, insurance from a broker-depending on age some carriers may not even want flat roofs! 

But the difference between those many good ones who know the law, aren't afraid to communicate the law, and are there to truly be your guide through the process  and the person who knows how to print forms, dodge liability, and make a cool web site is vast!!!

Hi,I am seeing your input about whether or not a web site/service to allow wholesalers put their properties directly before real estate investors is a good idea?

Their process flowcharts are all crystal clear on their web page which also makes it easy to get things done with them.
