Thank you for sharing that article; I was checking it out earlier and wasn't sure if it was a legit source or not.With that being said, is the prorated taxes that are typically paid by the seller considered a portion of those 6 credits, or is the sellers tax credit separate from the allowable 6 credits?

Instead of leaving large cash a balances in your bank, I highly recommend looking at their platform.

Maybe some local wholesalers or legit buyer's agents will send some opportunities your way.  

I guess if you built it with the intention of having it integrated into an existing PM platform... like Appfolio's, you could set your self up as (as one of our advisory board members says) an "acquisition target".

Hi, I have been studying for a couple of months now and ready to take it further through implementation and learning some more from this platform.

I have seen the ads on Craigslist looking for "intern investors" and etc, but they seem like they just want money for their courses, and I am not sure they are legit.  

You are correct that shops like this do have more of an incentive to keep the repairs legit and prices tight.  

I am not sure who to talk to about this and what is legit.
