Essentially, if you consistently pay business expenses with personal assets or pay personal expenses with business assets, any half way decent attorney who is suing you will be able to say "your honor, the LLC and the individual behave as though they are a single entity.

I recently heard a remarkable story of a wholesaler claiming they picked up a house for 32,000 and then turned around and flipped it to a contractor for 54,000 within a span of 10 days.The story is true; which leads me to my question-how exactly do you get someone to sell you their house for half of what its apparently worth?

It also wants a mini split with at least two interior units to heat and cool. property is a tiny home with a full walk-in the basement (no access to the first floor) the first floor has kitchen living room and half bath upstairs has a full bath and bedroom (1/1.5).I've just started a conversation with owner mentioning id like to make an option offered with above-listed work as consideration, he said that he was open to renting to own and would definitely do a lease with labor cost for partial rent.

Not as bad as Boston.In the last downturn I was buying foreclosures at half the price that they were selling for at the top.I agree that taxes in Providence are high overall but I just figure that into the costs/price of every deal.I can't speak to other markets.
