The other think is look up condo association rules, if the condo can take action against you for unruly pets (waste, noise etc) transfer the responsibility for that to the tenants.

Worst can scenario if the tile is perfectly adhered to the subfloor, cut through grout and first layer of sub-floor/cemet board, grind off whatever is stuck to the tile with an angle grinder and reuse.
