When I was a resident manager for a 20-unit building that I assisted to sell, we went through little stuff - changing greasy filters, upgrading outlets, power washing wood balconies, painting, fixing landscaping etc.

For cabinets it is hard to beat Building Material Outlet - they have a few lines that they keep in stock.Also, for granite they stock some prefab straight slabs so if you have straight counters you can save some money on granite (saved a bunch on my last flip).If you want higher end custom cabinets, they order those at a very good price too.
