When I was a resident manager for a 20-unit building that I assisted to sell, we went through little stuff - changing greasy filters, upgrading outlets, power washing wood balconies, painting, fixing landscaping etc.

Look into Tri County Investors that meets every Tues morning 9:30AM at Denny's near Tanger Outlets.

Those houses are just going to be bull dozed to make way for the new retail outlet.

For cabinets it is hard to beat Building Material Outlet - they have a few lines that they keep in stock.Also, for granite they stock some prefab straight slabs so if you have straight counters you can save some money on granite (saved a bunch on my last flip).If you want higher end custom cabinets, they order those at a very good price too.
