I like the personal service.they give me a check deposit machine so I can deposit checks at home.. etc etc.plus its always a live person I have my own personal bankers.. its really an extension of my office.And they have loaned me over 10 million dollars for my building projects.. and I did not get this over night.. this is a culmination of me being loyal for 20 plus years with this bank..

This is the first time I am hearing of this behavior and every time in the past I have talked to him, he seemed fine, but I have not talked to him extensively.

Even on purchase agreement extensions, it should be a formal process.

I remember one short sale house we couldn't get inside to view that we bid on ... by the time the bank countered for $10k over our offer we got in to see extensive water damage, so we countered back $10k less than our original offer, and the bank of course passed. 

Are you just a realtor or have extensive experience in owning/managing your own properties that you advise using these numbers?

BP Community,Does anyone have experience doing a master lease option on a multi-family building where extensive rehab was needed (e.g., equivalent to 50% of the purchase price)?
