To me, there is something fundamentally wrong with essentially rewarding lousy borrowers by extending their terms, lowering their interest rates, or sometimes even forgiving a portion of the debt completely.

8) Let them know you don’t appreciate their high-pressure sales techniques… And you are going to call the news channel, the better business bureau, the real estate board, and tell them all about the picketing group you are getting ready to assemble in front of their sales department. 9) Let them know you will be standing on the corner in front of the time share on Saturday with a sign offering to sell your time share for 10 cents on the dollar right in front of their sales center...10) Let them know that you are putting together a group of other unhappy owners and wondered if they would release you their names and addresses, or would your attorney need to subpoena that information… Bottom line… Cause polite trouble… But do it legally… See what they say… If your are enough of a pain in the arse… It will be easier for them to just take the place back and have you go away…Aren’t I fun?

Hey kygregorI work for a company that is currently in the process of rolling out a new fully web-based property management suite, and we are looking for property managers to test it and help us work out any remaining flaws before it is officially release it to the public.I should mention that all property managers that test the software will be given a free license for 5 years, after that its pricing is done based on units managed.

Ginn Development in our town (in default on 4 resorts as we speak) is extending the deadline for owners of lots to build and the article explains that they didn't get enough regime fees to build the golf course building structure as planned (borrowed the money).

The bank won't extend a line of credit for it so I was wondering if anyone knew of a quick (as in auction is tomorrow the 24th) way to get a 2hours long loan (if we don't get the house) or at most 1 week long (if we get it).
