This is a very huge debate and a big issue in the wholesaling space.A lot of wholesalers are untrained and trying to make quick cash from uninformed/uneducated/lazy new investors.Also because of the current market situation of VERY LOW INVENTORY, I have received inquiries from wholesalers to help them list their Wholesale Deals on MLS because they want to maximize their profit as MLS will increase their buyer poll.
