Hey guys, so if you guys go to my previous post, you’ll see that I was debating on whether or not taking on a 180k short sale, 1959 build, single family 3Bed 1bath, 1.9k mortgage as my first long term investment.

Here we go.wholesaling - yesstaging/photography - debatable, but probably yesinspector - debatable, but probably yesplumber - yes operating what you called a turnover company - yes, assuming you're not talking about a bakery :)And I assume we're talking about self-employed people, not W2 employees. 

However with the relationship between me and my co-host or portfolio manager that's actually debatable. 

If someone is debating between my unit and someone else's, all things equal, this helps tip the scale in my favor.

I'm debating whether or not I should seek advice from a CPA, financial advisor, or both prior to getting a property under contract.

I’m debating if the higher mortgage payment is worth it since a recession supposedly is near. 

I'm just debating whether I should lease the lots or put a mobile on it to rent out until then.

What's happened to the culture of thinking and debating if we are quoting someone whose "legal" opinion is tied to income derived from such opinion.Can we at least agree to question the source of this opinion and advice?  

That's an entirely different debate but something to factor in for your target demographics for tenants. 

This is a very huge debate and a big issue in the wholesaling space.A lot of wholesalers are untrained and trying to make quick cash from uninformed/uneducated/lazy new investors.Also because of the current market situation of VERY LOW INVENTORY, I have received inquiries from wholesalers to help them list their Wholesale Deals on MLS because they want to maximize their profit as MLS will increase their buyer poll.
