Hey Daniel, "David Wilcox" with Trust funding inc, he reached out to me and offered me a RE loan, I received exactly the same financing terms you did and also felt it is too good to be true, so I start searching online but couldn't find anything resourceful that prove this is a scam.This is how I found this post :))The website looks legit, and the business is active from 2018 ... how eventually did you find out its a scam ?

Don't use maint tickets for <50 doors.  500 doors yes a bigger problem!.   

Hello all , it seems everybody in this country is making a bigger deal out of investing in section 8 properties versus let’s just called a cash tenant .

To me, arbitrage only takes advantage of half of real-estate's money-making ways -- cash flow -- but misses out on the bigger side of it -- appreciation.

Human experience, discernment, ai won't be able to do this until ai is all but sentient itself and at that point I think our bigger problem is ai itself.
