Hi everyone,My name is Walid , i am a new member in the the great BP community,actualy i live in Saudi Arabia and i will arrive to USA , Connecticut ,Mansfield in next march for a one month trip to start my new investments with my partner who lives in MansfieldI am interested in buying and holding multi family properties and I would like to build a good portfolio of multi family properties by the end of 2016, in particular -in my opinion - the expected increase in properties appreciation  in a new up cycle of real estate cycles during the next 10 years.I hope to achieve my goals during my trip , for example: establish llc co. , good networking with real state agent,properties managment co.

I will continue to actively look for others in my area to mentor with but until that time arrives I cannot wait as this train will continue to move as fear and inaction is the killer of every GR8 new business startup!  

I have negotiated with the seller and we finally arrived at an agreeable price.  

But now, we just bought a new house that we are renovating for ourselves (and our little one arriving next month) and need to decide what to do with our current house.

My husband and I show in teams, both for safety and to handle the business when a crush of people arrive. 

But if $390 was already your upper line, and it was arrived at judiciously (i.e. being over that line would be financially difficult), then you should not exceed the line. 

Lately I've walked into too many empty rentals where fleas have announced "dinner has arrived!"
