The other thing I will tell you is explore other options:Hard money - Plenty of guys out there that will lend you 80% of the jobfamily - ask your family, I would start herebank financing - go to a commercial lender that you know - if you don't know at least 3 commercial lenders, that's your fault for not knowing enough peoplecrowd funding - places like realty shares are great avenues to source moneyREIAs - go meet other investors.
