It doesn't cost more to heat a house if there are one vs two people in it, same with internet or cable. 

There is a lot of talk on the internet about how having non-accredited investors increases your liability and makes your documents much harder, but in practice, those are non-issues and its the way most of our clients operate. 

Since it's in a complex the condo fees take care of everything except Internet, so that's one less thing to worry about.

I have been looking all around the internet for scheduling software that fits my needs and have not had any luck yet.

I guess I'll do an internet search for a structural engineer in that area, and hopefully I can get it done for less than $500.

I know this is internet service for people that live in rural areas.
