We have pirate led ghost tours...old west sheriff led ghost tours...pub crawl ghost tours ( apparently all the bars are haunted ) ...a ghost boat tour...trolley ghost tours...ride in a hearse ghost tours...they fully disclose the haunted buildings ( this includes a B&B that was once a funeral home)  and nevertheless the tours and B&B and bars are always full so disclosure is the way to go !

We listed our new duplex on Zillow and had over 20 folks request to schedule a tour. 

I typically search for my own listings (non-foreclosures) and only contact my realtor for tour scheduling, drafting contracts/etc. 

I know I also don’t usually have all my info with me when I tour places 😕 we’ll see what happens tonight 

Although the gentleman we met with at that time for property tours was extremely nice (he is no longer there, by choice according to what I was told, due at least in part to how the company was operating their business), we were not impressed with this group’s operations.  

I am a Texas Real Estate Agent the moment the home was listed on the MLS I toured it.

I wanted to share what I learned after my recent showing/tour and hopefully someone can walk me through my uneasy feeling.

The operators seem extremely reputable and I’ve met them in person on a tour in Belize.

I liken my position to one part landlord, one part tour guide/insider, one part concierge service.2) Risk.
