If they're relatively small, open concept and 1 story then you could do a vented gas rinnai monitor heater.Or if it's more cut up and you've got high ceilings then you could run a forced air furnace with the duct work at the top of the ceiling w/ a drop ceiling below to hide the duct work.

But it always seemed intuitive to me that in a recession, people would get squeezed out of the A Class apartments into more affordable units, as well as people getting squeezed out of owning into renting.I asked John more about this during a break and if he had any data on not just vacancy, but NOI, because I wonder if A class just hides their losses with concessions instead of lowering rent.Anyway, what you say @John Warren and @Christopher Lombardi seems totally rational and what I would expect.

From a plaintiff's attorney's perspective if they begin their discovery process and see this elaborate asset protection structure and LLC's filed in various states etc. and all you own is a modest real estate portfolio you are giving them reason to dig deeper believing there are real assets you are hiding.
