I think houses tend towards the higher end of the market.I am real curious to see the full effects of the new medical school which is slated to come on line in 2017.Since I moved here, there have been growth spikes due to large projects coming on line like Motorola, AMD, and Dell.

I’ve already made the first two payments and my mother was supposed to use funds she had from a cash out refinance of her primary home for the next two payments but the funds got locked up cause her husband passed away in a car accident and had some medical bills/credit dept, this process has taken almost 2 years and is hopefully is coming to a end in the next 2-3 months but 2 deposits will be due before the probate is closed.

I only rent to medical and dental students because they are constantly studying.I wouldn't put in any grass, though it looks nice, it will never get watered by your tenants.I have always had a very clear picture of all the individuals collectively to make sure they all get along well.
