I have a 3 bed 1 bath 1200 sq' SFH with full basement.Basement is okay as basements go, but isn't pretty or inviting...Washer and dryer are in the basement.Home is on a septic system.I'm considering converting the smallest bedroom to a laundry room/folding room/extra clothing storage.

For example, I'd be willing to bet that a renter in a $2,000 per month rental demands nice appliances, probably including a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and maybe even a washer/dryer.

Her family told her she sold it too cheap and she tried to use her son's health as an excuse so we asked for the option money back to which she responded that it was hers and she didn't have to give it back.We ended going to arbitration and she finally honored the contract but not without extra expense and grief for my wife with the local board of Realtors, who, though they admitted we did nothing wrong said we should have let her keep the money and the house. ????

I include all my info in there.. refresh it with new info as needed (in this case open house) and keep the ads short and sweet (bullet point the highlights.. eg NEW kitchen, washer dryer, etc).
