Let me draw you a picture, to highlight my reply: Picture a video to detail what it is to be "American", what "let freedom reign" means in action.

Listen to podcasts, read books, watch videos, do what it takes to meet industry professionals, and most importantly, be authentic in who you are and what your goals/reasons are for why this journey is the chosen path in the first place.

I'm goin to do my best to keep this short and as less complicated as possible but definitely looking for some clarity so I'm not overthinking it.

I have been meaning to do a review of the tax lien association's promo videos.

Based on a video walkthrough, the property needs new paint throughout the house, new carpets in all the 3 rooms, new kitchen countertop, new light fixtures and i plan on resurfacing the popcorn ceiling. 

I have had a vision to make a video of all of the lessons learned and tips learned in yr 1 of ownership, to share my experiences for folks to learn from, my next plan for the future, and I’ll jump on it shortly 🙂!

You can learn a lot of the basics of nearly any investing strategy through podcasts and Youtube videos for free.

I believe their price is decent and they have videos.
