Ive been station at New River for the last year and have a team in place...All of the areas around Camp Lejeune are good but getting crowded...Not a lot of city planning...Nice houses right next to trailer parks and industrial areas.  

I am assuming that much like in Arizona, you would have the option of appointing a statutory agent (who is a resident there) to the LLC and operating it in that manner even though you have been stationed somewhere else.

I am currently stationed in Virginia. 

Instead, maybe look at purchasing with the intent to hold it as a rental once you move to your next duty station.

I am going to live in this property but will likely rent it out or sell it in 2-4 years, or whenever our duty station changes.  

But if you have to move duty stations in the middle of that year then that can be different.

Its probably like complaining about cops in the coffee shop next to the police station, where 90% of the folks in there are cops hehe.

It's best to be north of the Light Rail stations unless your south of Garfield Light Rail in Bergen Lafayette, one or two blocks off/on Garfield Ave.

Before that, he simply sold chicken and other food at a service station in Corbin, Kentucky.
