Had my eye on this property for many months.

If you achieve the ideal BRRRR with zero costs, you might as well perform it in a high PSF location (as high as you can tackle with conservative reserves).My last rehab was on a property that was almost $2k psf.  

She has a lot of experience in various forms of property development but we have two great deals at the moment where we have been able to combine parcels of land to create a development project.

I'm a experience property manager that is taking on a client with 10 medium term furnished properties for management.

I'm looking to connect with others in the Memphis market as we may be getting more properties in the area.

Now we're about to lose the property and our earnest money.
