I've actually noticed we've had tenants that had given notice to move or their lease was coming up and they have actually decided to either stay or request an extension with everything going on in this area.

I have written to all of my Senators and Congressional Representatives requesting that they require all commercial lenders with government-backed commercial loans (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD) to defer commercial mortgage payments for the same duration as tenant evictions are stayed, with all deferred mortgage payments to be automatically added to the loan term - no modification. extension or balloon payment needed.

It's not about the cheapest but what you get for what you pay and all insurers and policies are not created equal.If insurance won't work many landlords are responding to letters from tenants requesting rent abatement to first apply for the PPP and other SBA loans as they might cover some of the rents.

You can really only go to a local bank or credit union if your income and DTI supports the loan requests as they calculate global borrower financials (I know this because this is what I do for a living).
