Albany is one of those places where there's not much to do, so people just go get into trouble, especially when low income is a factor.

I'm not so sure if I should even consider it but it got me thinking about cats more.It sounds like these cats are declawed but 15 years old... all I can think about is those two trouble makers puking all over the place, but you can clean up puke.

I know what I want for my financial future and I have a path I believe will help get me there, I am just having trouble finding the courage to take that first leap. 

It could prevent a future headache/legal trouble, which from my own experience, is not worth keeping the rent over.

You should find out from your local building department if they will accept what is known as standard construction plans or if you will be required to have them produced by a licensed architect and licensed structural engineer.Usually if your city will approve your proposal the electrical and gas meters will be installed , after your inspections have been approved.

I'm no veteran agent or a million-dollar producer (yet) but I have learned a ton by making my own mistakes as well as watching what the great, and not so great, agents in my office do. 

I would say if you don't think it would be much trouble and its newish (1980s) construction, go for it.

I'm having some trouble finding a good one online.

We have used a website called buildasign.com to make a lot of signs before.They are pretty cheap.Just an FYI don't get yourself in trouble placing signs all over public property or private property you do not have permission to use.

I want that liability paid off so I have no debt that isn't producing income.
