Subject too you can get in low cost or free but the risks associated come with the need for money, silent seconds can ruin your personal life and make refinances possibly impossible or can sink the investment throughout or after liquidation.

I chose Columbus, OH due to the lower entry costs, cashflow and appreciation and have been pretty happy with my decision so far. 

I’m thinking this duplex has air b&b potential since it’s pretty close to the chiefs stadium otherwise it would be a long term rental any ideas would be awesome!!!
