He told us he was in Las Vegas and that he couldn't do anything, only maybe call someone, so we said ok, do anything but please get it fixed, and this is the fourth day and my house is at 85 degrees inside, I just want to know if there is anything we can do, this house is always having a bunch of problems such as garage door that doesn't work, refrigerator leaking, fans in the sealing that just stopped working and some of them working but they literally look like they are gonna fall in any second.

I myself am thinking about investing in las vegas while living in los angeles.

I've worked with many property managers in Las Vegas over the years, and I only know of two with this skill.You might be thinking of saving money by managing your own property.

I have had about 8 meetings with brokers here in Las Vegas, and am primarily concerned with quality of training, and how with my primary focus being the investing side, how will I be working with the broker and them with me throughout the transactions. 

The top four performing cities year over year are #1) Nashville, TN #2) Phoenix, Arizona #3) Dallas, TX #4) Las Vegas, NV.

I’m looking to move at some point in the next 8 months or so and cities I have had on my radar are Phoenix, Las Vegas, and San Jose.
