Where do I find a buyer’s list?

We have had several people about to sign a lease that flaked out, and it's hurting our listing.

I've already paid $4k for their initial work.

We have ~$50k to deploy initially but plan to make 1-2 investments each year (maybe more) for the coming years.Thanks for any guidance and looking forward to connecting!

My preference is to actually have to separated as cost efficiently as possible, but also wouldnt mind the ADU and main house shared meters as this would save me costs on my initial construction.

I feel it often gets overlooked, but without an outstanding guest experience, your listings may suffer. 

Listed the house for $549,000.
