Light renovation.

and not being able to manage it yourself is just going to increase the risk.I was thinking exactly what Shannon said about feasibility of BRRRRing with a light renovation right now.

We stick to A & B, but have been able to find some B properties at great deals, do some light face lifting and end up with significant equity.

Unfortunately, when we did our best to be a light for those last-minute responders and others stuck without entry into their country of origin due to the international lock-down, an individual took advantage of our good intentions.

It takes about 2 seconds.The face of the lock lights up and this has been very helpful when guest check-in after dark.

Why not consider maximizing what you have before you sell especially in light of the tax incentive as your primary residence. 

You need to fix the stuff behind the walls first before you start painting and paint before you install the light fixtures and.. etc..

so everyone's corrupt and awful except you and your profession which are shining lights of integrity ?
