My personal opinion is that agents make too much off all sales with very little (or no) skin in the game.

I am currently an IT professional and have been for roughly 8 years after leaving the USCG (Avionics Electrical Technician).

I tried to have the home warranty people come out at the recommendation of my realtor and as expected it cost me $60 and they can't do anything until it is broken and will just put bandaids on until it is completely broken.As he was leaving though he stated he knows a guy that can give me a used a/c unit if I needed.

I mean specifically in trying to get commercial selling agents to respond to my initial email (saying I'm interested in a property) or voicemail or message I leave with a secretary.

The one downside is airing those issues on that forum leaves us all privy to the culprits also seeing whatever is posted. 

More than that, of all the shots I could choose to attempt, I could quickly select the surest one that would leave me in the best position.This is what this exercise is doing for you.

But it sounds like she doesn't want to leave and at that point you will probably have to go through the eviction process :( 

Their desire is to leave a portfolio to their children however they will usually liquidate it as soon as they inherit and live a life of luxury.

By listing only on Zillow, you are most likely leaving money on the table.
