You have to use your common sense and good judgement.

A licensed agent is required to divulge more to seller as his fiduciary obligation, but not a simple investor/buyer.Same poster decides to use his "honest and ethical" comment that is used a lot and needs more research to make a real judgement on someones' involvement.

If you have to evict and are awarded a judgement how do you place that on their credit or send it to collections?

More importantly if someone comes after you personally and does a search (or gets a judgement) nothing shows up in an asset search or attaches if a judgment is obtained.

Courts have found that when an IRA account directly owns property, a claim against the property may seek remedy from the IRA owner if the IRA/Property does not satisfy a judgement.
