One of the buildings is half occupied by a long term tenant (established law firm) and our firm will be occupying the other half.

That's probably a six of one, half dozen of the other type thing, but a HELOC will show as available credit on your report, which could have other impacts down the road.

Even if they don't meet their estimated 13,000 direct hire jobs @ $56000 a year plus benefits, plus 7,000 supplier jobs, half that many jobs in Racine will make a huge improvement in the local economy.

They paid first months rent and half the deposit, then paid rest of deposit over next 3 months.

Essentially, if you consistently pay business expenses with personal assets or pay personal expenses with business assets, any half way decent attorney who is suing you will be able to say "your honor, the LLC and the individual behave as though they are a single entity.
