My ultimate goal is to build a storage facility.

If Person A fails to secure the building and Person B gets their bike stolen...In my market, $100 a month will rent a 10 x 20 storage facility.

One is a purchase of a small storage unit facility and the other is building a four plex.

They are working on the DPOA with the attorney on staff at her treatment facility.

Last year when Amazon built a 1 million square foot center here home prices went up a lot.I am hoping this corrects the recent downturn, this means there will be quite a few management people from that center looking for nice homes in the area to buy.There has also been talks of another 1.5 million square foot facility being built soon but they always keep the identity of the place secret until they are ready to break ground.

If you look at where my husband and I live we have multiple military bases (Naval Station Norfolk, Naval Support Activity Norfolk, Naval Amphibious Base Little Creek, Fort Story, Naval Air Station Oceanna, Damneck Training Facility, Naval Support Activity Southwest, Norfok Naval shipyard, Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, DOD Complex Suffolk, Fort Monroe, Langley Air Force Base, Fort Eustis, and Naval Weapons Station Yorktown) where we have a constant turn over.  

Just remember, this is a vacation and people like amenities such as pools, health club etc. if you decide on a single family home, there are resorts which will allow you and your guests to use their facilities for a membership fee.If you decide on a condo, please make sure that you review the association's financial records  and find out if there are any upcoming major expenditures.

Have a credit facility with a bank or investment banker relationship make the loan then collatarlize the loan with your credit facility ( back fill) rinse repeat.. usually you need 10% to 20% of your own money in each deal.. this is how I ran my HML I had bank credit facilities and had 20% of my own cash in each deal.4.

A call to the HR office at the medical facility will give you the housing needs of the co-wworkers they might have a nursing school at the facility.
