The pros are all true, but the cons are they need to make it ada compliant and elderly friendly.

That is what I see in these areas of my market, prefab selling is few and far between, and the ones that do sell are a lot less than a SFR.

It's difficult to see how a tenant will be after screened and signing a lease.
