Sounds like an investor's dream.

I have no unrealistic expectations, but I am ready to change my life and make my dreams a reality.

Assigning is NOT investing and hoping to assign is NOT an exit strategy, and in many cases, just a dream.

Giving back and helping others achieve their dreams and goals is much more fulfilling and rewarding than not sharing :)Cheers!

I recently signed up on BP, within few days I gathered tons of info on REI so far it's a wonderful learning experience with BP/Prodcast/Books I'm very excited to start my REI Journey with the help of BP, it's giving me day to day motivation/belief/confidence to pursue my dreams.

We lived with others, bought smart future investments not our dream house and really looked at the long term plan.While I totally agree that multi families are an awesome bet.

Super excited too actually be part of community where I can gain all the knowledge so that my dreams will come true, and meet tons of great people!

If you want to follow your dreams and move, it sounds like you will retire in 2 years if you commit to this full time.
