Do I broadcast it and tell the world?

Last time I used them was 3 yrs ago...and for the young folks and Millennial's and in this fast paced high tech world 3 years is like 100yrs.

Two million population in the area, sports (no football), museums, world class zoo, four seasons and outdoor activities.

I am new to the flipping world but I have a lot of construction background and I even finished half of my basement myself.  

Finding a poorly managed property in the commercial world obviously wreaks havoc on the cashflow and when you go to lenders to get financing thats exactly what they are looking for...makes for an interesting time I am sure?

Wells Fargo is a great card because I believe you can deposit up to $10k versus the paltry $300 or $500 you will likely be approved for with the Capital One's of the world.
