RI is a crapshoot, I live in south shore MA (Brockton area) and despite the low cost for RI, the rent is just as low.

It's ok to use for mapping out and testing system architecture, but should be temporary until the API communications and code can be moved to a more permanent solution like a cloud server.It's tough finding a one-size-fits-all solution that allows customization without having an awful learning curve.

And a $425k house in a private, gated, ocean view surf community with $200/night vacation rentals is $5M+Additionally with the recent agreements between all North American nations and the cost of energy only expected to remain elevated, Mexico in general is poised for a continued increase in foreign investment and high tech manufacturing near shoring by global companies including the likes of Samsung and Toyota.I've personally gone so far as to get licensed as a real estate broker here and have begun working with one of the top brokerages in the area, with plans to join a local Realtor Board soon. 

I hope you'll rethink the opportunity, shore it up, and approach it from a different angle.

It's been driving down occupancy all along the shore. 

However applicants I accepted who had MORE than ONE criminal action in their past were pretty much all 'high maintenance' tenants.Given the (temporary and permanent) rules in seattle I would also highly recommend asking for a credit score more like 700 minimum.   

It was such a reasonable price for just one listing and we have been happy thus far.We are thinking that Touchstay is temporary but I may end up liking it as it is so easy to update. 

Not sure how long the span is, but an LVL install with temporary supporting (during install) should be nowhere near 16k.

Ask for temporary relief in the letter.
