Actually, I am in the midst of adding another one in a partnership with four friends.I have no regrets about my selections and the tenants are fantastic.The tenants pay online and one of the things that helped is the fact that I have home warranty contracts setup.

If you look at most larger commercial properties there are only so many people with high wealth so many properties are owned by partnerships or syndicates.

You never asked for a raise or a partnership stake in the business.I can honestly say that without you over the last two and half years I would not have made the kind of money that I have.

In subsequent years I've used TurboTax and have had no issues (but no complex tax situations, either).This year, when I filed my first LLC (partnership) tax return I thought I'd skip the "by hand" part and just use TurboTax business.
