Google and YouTube are really good resources and won't cost you a thing and there are people who are genuinely good and want to see you succeed.

Yelp and Google would also be 3rd party websites (since I also do not work for Yelp or Google) but they don't know broker from banker, so not necessarily super useful in this context.

:P And here's why you can find your HELOC by looking for places NOT advertising 1st position 30yf mortgages [it's related to COVID-19, of course]:To be blunt/crass, a lot of the banks that did both HELOCs and 1st position have taken note that Uncle Sam is still paying a substantially higher profit margin than is normal for a 30yf 1st position mortgage (the "bond buying program," if you want to google).

For a great example, do a Google search of "Fort Collins You Plus Two" and read about their occupancy limits. 

A Google search says that you should not be responsible but every locality is different.
