We did bring in an electrician to help with wiring the tiny house.

Due to fire alarm test failure by the fire department, seller asked that I close on the last week of March as he needs time for his electrician to correct the issue.For multifamily, I hate the idea of closing at the end of the month.

I play the role of the general contractor in terms of I usually get the materials and have the sub contractors lined up ready to go when they are needed (tile, electrician, etc).  

Iv met electrician, plumbers, sprinklers, rockers and many’s more I have connections..

There are lots of welders / realtors / electricians who made more than her without $1,000 mo student loan debt.

I am an electrician.

After that she finally got her electrician out to take a look.

If you don’t want to spend the coin on this type of inspection, I would just accept the up front cost, and find a local licensed electrician to upgrade the panel (check wiring and outlets) for you.

I've got no experience in this area...but if it were me, I would start calling electricians and plumbers and asking them if they do that type of work (running utilities across the property), or for a reference of someone they know that does.It also never hurts to call up (or visit) the permit office or have a chat with the inspector.
