The unit has 2 floors, stainless steel appliances, and is close to transportation into NYC.  

If, on the other hand, you need transportation, you go buy a car and while you drive from point A to point B you have the added pleasure of listening to some music along the way because that car came with that feature. 

One becuase I like to be surrounded by entrepreneurs and passionate individuals and two because finding good residential deals seemed unsustainable in the Boston market.

I have a large amount of equity in two of my multi family properties in Boston.

A plethora of new hotels have been completed or are in the works in the city, including three new projects planned at O’Hare International Airport and the first-ever hotel on Navy Pier.The trade, transportation and utilities sector added 10,800 jobs, up 1.2% year-over-year.

I live in Boston and most rentals are in 1 year leases so you can not really deliver units vacant.

Transport and set up are where the costs are.

We think it's a market that will look a lot better in 5 years as it gets easier to commute into Philly as transportation gets easier. 

Even better if they do that in DC, San Fran, Boston, NYC, Etc. 

I'll be sure to avoid your properties if I ever need a place in Boston.
