Cosching/Mentoring is great, but be wary especially with one's who tell you nothing about the obstacles and make you feel its easyLower your expectations to start ..don't expect to make instant money 💰 or having a business run on auto pilot.I have closed over 1200 deals since 2003, and "wholesaling" is only a tool that is used as liquidation tool.You must understand and have solid understanding of Real Estate Investing...also change your mindset of being Wholesaler, and become Transactional Real Estate Investor.
