Did it really say $245,000 for that tiny house?

Hi Hernani, I hope my mini tiny house in Tavira is worth more than what I paid for 10 years ago. in Lisbon suburbs, houses are now worth less than 10 years ago....I see prices going down every year. going down....going down....Filipe

Add that to the tiny chance of being sued if you act above board in the first place...I have LLCs for my commercial apt assets. 

ABOUT TO BUY LAND/LOT IN LOS ANGELES CA FOR TINY HOUSE PROJECTS ON THE MOUNTAN AND THE FORREST .

I am looking to get started in the world of vacation/short term rentals and would love some advice on how to obtain financing for my first property.The loan would need to include land purchase and construction costs of 3-4 structures (tiny houses/yurts/small cabins/etc).

Would anyone have any "outside the box" ideas on how to best leverage my first investment of $250,000 being applied to a tiny house development in the Denver area?

@Jose Guevarra Golf Manor is a tiny village adjacent to the City of Cincinnati (and part of Cincy schools) - specifically the communities of Pleasant Ridge (good) and Roselawn (not so good).

Since we just moved from San Antonio, TX to a tiny little tourist town, the connections are going to be more difficult, but hopefully there are still some up here!

Right now, I only have my base pay and it's too risky in SoCal (at least I think so) because of how much even a tiny house costs out here!  

The lower is 2 bedroom 1 bath with a very tiny kitchen and very old appliances (and no dishwasher).
