I basically said that to be the most effective you need to have your own marketing campaign which is currently the "yellow letter".There are a lot of accounting systems out there.You would do well to find the bigger players on here and make the contacts yourself.

The places that still do these have pretty strict requirements, the one I know of offhand required property to be paid off and would only go to 60%.Having the properties in an LLC will scare most of the big players away probably as well.
