I should be paying the entire amount back no later than April of 2023 and maybe as soon as January 2023. 

It's fast and easy and the guest/tenant pays for it.

I finally found one at 20% higher than I was paying, but with a higher deductible and greatly reduced coverages (loss of rent from one year to 3 months, liability from $500K to $300K, everything else cut or excluded).Personal opinion (I work in insurance) and those of pretty much everyone I've spoken to in the industry feel we are at least a few years away from anything softening. 

I’ve tried driving for dollars, cold calling , as well sites such as Facebook marketplace .Any mobile investors , wholesalers or anybody in the area with strategies on getting more deals ???

If you already have a preliminary site layout showing the size and quantity of buildings you can put on the lot, you should be able to take that work on some budget construction costs and from there work your possible rents into the equation to see if what you have drawn makes sense cost wise, or if there is a more efficient way to lay the site out and reduce costs. 

It is so limited and seems like you have to login to the full site for most tasks especially when leasing and trying to get to Tenant Turner to see appointments on our iPhones.We are considering changing platforms and my current software spend with Tenant Turner is roughly $100/month or $6.67/unit.

I talked the brokerage into paying for an ad in the Houston Business Journal announcing that I, a “specialist” in automotive properties had joined the brokerage.
