Unless you know that what you want to do requires a degree ( lawyer, nurse, teacher), I dont think a degree is the answer. 

If you search Traveling Nurses you will find a boat load of options for posting available Housing to that market.

When we originally got it we wanted to remodel the top unit and go for traveling nurses.

I dunno, maybe it's because guys like Clayton Morris were on Youtube saying crap like Nurses will rent these houses or something that all these California dudes think we're just a bunch of Midwestern simpletons or somethin.

Travelling nurses don't want anything high end, and not even mid to high end.
