They look at complaints, neighborhood settings, who actually live there, and of course political influence to win votes.  

If not, my guess is that the location for your purchase will be greatly influenced by where you will be working.For cities to start looking I'd say focus on Tacoma area and South, or on the Everett area and North.

I could cite countless examples, but the influence of social media should be obvious to anyone not living under a rock.

Don't let the stigma of incorrect information about the state or the people influence your decision to invest here.

THEY WILL BE THE SINGLE GREATEST INFLUENCE TO YOUR SUCCESS.

That will also influence the decision on whether to lease or finance. 

Unions have a lot of political influence too .
